We raise our own beef!

Our cows are grass -fed and grain finished without any growth hormones. All of our feed for our cows is homegrown on our farm.  Quality fed & USDA inspected.

​A large variety of beef cuts ranging from steaks (Delmonico, porterhouse, t-bone, filet mignon, sirloin, strip), roasts, hamburger patties, ground beef, minute steaks, stew meat, ribs, etc are available for purchase at our Farm store.

Bulk Orders

Available by the 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 or whole cow. 

 Bulk is sold by the pound, hanging weight. 

Current pricing is $4.90 per lb. hanging weight(Subject to change). Hanging weight is the weight of the cow carcass after initial slaughter and processing. 

Get the best cuts of steak, roasts,

ground beef, etc.

Also available upon request:  minute steaks,  stew meat, liver, brisket, ribs, flank, skirt, London broil, soup bones, etc.). Our butcher will speak directly with you to go over a cut sheet so you can choose your cuts.

Advance orders require a $50 deposit per quarter cow to reserve your spot.
